Sales Staff (20K–30K) (SDG-101424) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย <Job responsibilities> Sales work: - Product presentation preparation, quotation, Invoice, and delivery schedule arrangements with customers - Marketing for market demand - Appointment with customers - Introduction of products along with customers’ request or potential demand. * The frequency of visiting customers is 2 times per week * Customer visits are mostly accompanied by a Japanese manager. * The company will provide a car with a driver. * The breakdown of the customer: Existing 90%, New 10% Purchase and Inventory Control: - Negotiation with suppliers, purchase orders, inventort control - Arrangement with forwarder. - Purchase and delivery arrangements along customers’ purchase order or delivery request with warehouse companies, or delivery schedule arrangement with customers. Japanese manager's support: - Help Japanese managers, such as translating from English to Thai or from Thai to English, or making a guide map to help the Japanese, and etc. ‐ Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> งานขาย: - จัดเตรียมการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ ใบเสนอราคา ใบกำกับสินค้า และการจัดกำหนดการส่งมอบกับลูกค้า - จัดการงานด้านการตลาดตามความต้องการของตลาด - การนัดหมายกับลูกค้า - การแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์พร้อมกับคำขอของลูกค้าหรือความต้องการที่อาจเกิดขึ้น * ความถี่ในการเข้าพบลูกค้าคือ 2 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ * การเข้าพบลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่จะมาพร้อมกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น *บริษัทจะจัดให้มีรถพร้อมคนขับ * รายละเอียดลูกค้า: ปัจจุบัน 90% ใหม่ 10% การจัดซื้อและการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง: - การเจรจาต่อรองกับซัพพลายเออร์, ใบสั่งซื้อ, การควบคุมการประดิษฐ์ - การจัดเตรียมกับผู้ส่ง - การจัดการ การจัดซื้อและจัดส่งตามใบสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าหรือคำขอจัดส่งกับบริษัทคลังสินค้า หรือการจัดกำหนดการส่งมอบกับลูกค้า การสนับสนุนจากผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น: - ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น เช่น ล่ามจากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นไทย หรือจากไทยเป็นอังกฤษ หรือจัดทำแผนที่นำทางช่วยเหลือชาวญี่ปุ่น เป็นต้น - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
