Work Outline Be sales person for business development in property field
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Visit service apartment landlord in Bangkok and suburbs of Bangkok by company car to acquire managed properties
•Price negotiation, contract negotiation, etc.
•Deal with clients and HQ in Japan via e-mail and telephone
•Make various documents about properties and contract, etc.
•Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 23 – 35
At least 1years experience as sales
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
Japanese language skill (At least N3)
PREFER
Experience as business development
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversation
Japanese: Advanced Conversation - Business Level, JLPT N3 – N1
Workplace Area:BTS Phloen Chit
Working Hour:Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18.00 (Sometime have to work no Sat or Sun)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-40,000 THB/Month
