Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> -Responsible for overall sales operations -Mainly manage existing customers: support current products and propose new ones -Develop new customers on a project basis: promote and support company products -Conduct regular customer visits to build strong relationships and collect up-to-date information -Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with both suppliers and customers -Handle quotations, buffer stock planning, ordering, and delivery scheduling -Prepare monthly sales forecasts and semi-annual sales budgets for assigned customers -Prepare monthly purchase forecasts for designated suppliers -Create the required documents requested by customers -Report sales activities regularly to the manager -Handle additional tasks assigned by the manager -Willing to deal with NG (non-conformance) claims and stock sorting when necessary -other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in related fields or any - At least 3 years of work experience as sales in electronics company - Conversational high level of English (for communicating with foreign client) <Personality> - Strong organization and follow-up skills - Energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude - Good organization, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills - Pleasant personality, friendly and service mind <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Conversational high level in Japanese; writing, reading, speaking, listening (At least, at level of JLPT Level 3)
