Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
*Upon joining the company, the successful candidate will initially be assigned to business development activities on a full-time basis in order to become familiar with the company's operations.
While the role is categorized as new business development, please note that it does not involve door-to-door sales.
Given the high unit value of their products, their sales approach is centered around building long-term relationships with clients, with lead times that can extend to a year in some cases.

・Reply to the inquiries from new clients
・Visit new clients and hear clients' requests
・Visit existing customers to explain new products and follow up with them
・Negotiate/close deals and handle inquiries 
・Issue Quotation, Invoice, and some other sales documents
・Coordinate with internal staff and clients about preparing documents such as the permission for construction or the application form for the BOI
・Search for potential clients on the  Internet or discuss internally
・Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales in any industry 
- Conversational middle level of English to communicate with the Japanese manager
- Good command of PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- The person is proactive

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Sales experience in providing factory equipment (including FA systems)
