Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
*After joining, work as sales coordinator for around 6 months to learn sales activity from Report line and step up to be Sales (if has experience as sales, able to work as sales since the beginning)
・Maintain relationship with existing client and find new client
・Accompany senior staff on appointments and learn about the products.
・ Coordinate with distributors: arrange appointments with new clients, visit clients together, and hold meetings to discuss sales strategies
・ Handle sales administration tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, invoices, and other related documents
・Visit the purchase department of the client and consult on usage, then get the order
・Participate in booth exhibition
*Visit the client around 3-4 days per week in industrial area (Rayong, Chonburi etc.) by company car
・Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Conversation middle level of English(emails, paper work are English)
- Working experience as sales coordinator or sales
- Driver's License
*Once they become familiar with the role through sales support for half a year, they will transition to a sales position.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational high level in Japanese
