Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Providing engineering services to Customers 
- Keep in close contact with customers through frequent visits to the site to receive and clarify their queries, and to explain their queries and proposals. 
- Provide first aid in case of emergency at the site. 
- Be a contact point of the customer for all technical matters, including customer service-related queries (e.g., repair, parts), technical advisory service at the site, new project, and revamping existing equipment. 
- Provide customers’ requests or any implicit needs to get their replies. 
- Report the voice of the customer, the customer’s request, and any business-related circumstances in a timely manner.
- Support engineer’s job execution by providing necessary technical information and advice proper and timely manner. 
- Establish and maintain a good communication network with business partners (agents and service providers).  
- Translate technical documents into English for easy understanding of engineers in urgent cases. 
- Promote service menus to increase sales volume of aftermarket business.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Sales Engineer, Service Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer in the Machinery industry
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems (PLC, Servo systems, or motor control)
- Conversational High in English (TOEIC 500) (documents and communicating with customers and international support teams)
- Good computer skills (MS-Office, Word, Excel)
- Willingness and ability to travel upcountry for a business trip sometimes or on short notice.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- CAD, Network configuration skill
- Working in a Japanese company
