Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [Service Engineer 60-70% / Sales 30-40%] - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new customers to expand the company’s business opportunities. - Present products, equipment, systems, and chemicals related to water treatment systems, and provide technical consultation to customers. - Provide maintenance and troubleshooting services for customer systems. - Analyze system problems and propose solutions or improvements to customers. - Prepare quotations and follow up on purchase orders (PO) from customers. - Plan sales and marketing activities together with the manager or supervisor. - Manage and maintain the customer database and sales records, including customer lists, quotations, and related documents. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including sales performance and customer service reports. - Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, purchasing, and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - At least 3 years as sales, engineer or service engineer in Water Treatment Systems. - Good understanding of Process Diagrams and Flow Diagrams related to water treatment systems. - Basic to Conversation level in English communication skills. - Ability to use AutoCAD. - Have driving license and have own car <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Direct experience in Water treatment or well understanding Process &Instrument Diagram of water treatment system - Early join applicants
