Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
1. Surimi Business (Main Product Line)
- Communicate with the Japan office to obtain and report information on prices and market trends
- Handle orders, delivery schedules, quality, and pricing with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal departments such as the Admin team and Accounting team
- Handle customer claims, conduct related investigations, and propose 
improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
2. Poultry Business (Parent Company Support)
- Communicate with the parent company in Japan in Japanese (reporting, coordination, and consultation)
- Negotiate and coordinate with Thai packers in Thai language
- Manage shipment schedules, quality, and documentation related to chicken products
- Support factory visits by Japanese staff (interpretation, coordination, and on-site assistance)
- Provide translation and interpretation support when necessary
3. Other Products / New Business Development
- Follow up with existing customers for other product lines
- Develop new customers and explore new business opportunities
- Collect and analyze market and price information to support sales strategy
5. Documents task such as Sales confirmation, Purchasing Order, Quotation etc.
6. Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years experience as Sales, Sales Support, Purchase field (Tangible products)
- Conversational High to Business level in Japanese language (At least JLPT N3)
(Coordinate with Japan HQ, Japanese, report, coordination, consultation, interpreting etc.)
- Conversational in Middle to High in English language (email, communicate with oversea such as Vietnam, India, documents etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skill with service mind
- Comfortable with customer-facing and coordination tasks
- Able to travel to upcountry or aboard (company car with driver provide)
