Sales Senior Manager – SE Asia & India sales (200K-220K) (SDG-77939) ผู้จัดการอาวุโสฝ่ายขาย – การขายในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และอินเดีย <Job Responsibilities> - Leader to regional Sales organization (SE Asia & India) - Annual Revenue and Budget compliance - Business profitability - Business retention and acquisition - Customer Satisfaction - Signing authority for contracts within agreed limits or as per delegation of authority from CEO - Authorized to make, sign, declare, swear, and execute in the name of group for SEA region, all necessary documents, instruments etc. required in connection with the performance of all its activities <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 40-45 years old - Bachelor’s degree - Relevant shipping, transportation, or logistics industry experience of 12 to 15 years in middle to senior level roles - Highly experienced in negotiations, tendering, and contracting activities. - In-depth understanding and knowledge of the local industry, customers, and competition - Capable of establishing and actively managing relationships with key external & internal stakeholders - Ability to drive and lead the local sales organization, and other customer related functions. - Demonstrate strong competence in cross functional alignment and integration. - Ability to drive decision making and to initiate and drive change - Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative, with an ability to foster an agile working environment. - Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, mentor, challenge, influence and inspire the Sales team and across other departments, regions, and virtual teams - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Able to travel abroad.
