Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with existing suppliers and support supplier contract setup - Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and manage purchase orders - Communicate with international suppliers in English - Develop and maintain relationships with approximately 50 new suppliers - Coordinate import processes and logistics - Support inventory management for manufacturer components - Work with internal teams to establish operational processes for the project **Client visit /once a week **Business trip a few times a year - Client portfolio includes Japanese, Thai, and Chinese/Taiwanese companies in a balanced ratio - Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Any bachelor’s degree - At least 3 years of working experience in corporate sales in trading/manufacturing company - Conversational-high level of English (To communicate with client, suppliers MD, and Director) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in the electronics / electronic components industry - Working with manufacturer components - Supplier or vendor coordination - Procurement or purchasing - Import/export or logistics operations - Supporting the launch of new business operations or projects
