Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new business opportunities for Ocean and Air freight services - Maintain and follow up assigned customer accounts as Sales Representative - Prepare quotations requested by customers and overseas/Japan headquarters - Coordinate shipments including customs clearance, inland transportation, export packing, and documentation - Record sales and cost data in internal systems - Issue invoices and payment requests - Identify and manage subcontractors and maintain strong working relationships - Coordinate internally with operations and overseas branches - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 4 years of experience in the Ocean/freight forwarding industry - Strong knowledge of Ocean and Air freight shipment processes including customs clearance and export/import documentation - Conversational high of English communication skills (internal and external Communication) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience handling both Ocean and Air freight sales - Experience preparing quotations and managing shipment profitability - Experience coordinating with overseas offices or headquarters - Experience managing subcontractors or logistics partners
