<Position Expectation> - Seek for new potential clients as Sales Hunter (Calling list provide or applicant's own ability etc.) - Find and Get contract from New prospective customers in every month - After gaining customer, also taking care of those acquired customer - Target: Reach Sales Target - Much document work here - Company car with some drivers are provided for client visit <Job Responsibilities> - Sales Hunter - Work with Sales Team and relevant departments to develop business - Visit customer, analyze situation, follow up result and report to manager - Take care of existing customer and find new prospects - Follow up and solve Sales problems to be able to meet the customer's needs - Communicate, maintain and develop clients relationship - Find and Get contract from New prospective customers in every month - Any sales activity for increase sales target with follow up account customer to contact and internal process. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 3 years related to B2B Sales, Business Development (Service or Tangible (any field) - HSK level 4 or over, Conversational level in Chinese or higher (Business Expansion, Sales Hunting) - Conversational High in English (Documents, Internal communication, external communication with none-chinese customer) - Strong interest in Car products - Computer literate in Microsoft Office is a must <In detail> - Comfort with much documents, detail and process, after sales process with internal-external coordination, Have strong problem solving skills - Highly driven to achieve target - Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and achieve Sales Target/KPI - Strong passion in Sales and highly driven to achieve target. - Strong solving-problem skills and negotiation skills - Good personality, Open minded <Preferable Skills/ Experience> - Holding HSK 5 or HSK 6 - TOEIC 600 or over - Experience in Leasing, Auto Leasing or Automotive business - Experienced in finding new client - Leadership and able to support team member - Salesforce program - Driving license
