Job Description
*Northern Territory: Work from home
• Primarily responsible for developing relationships with main contractors, mechanical contractors, and roofing contractors to bid and win projects.
• Responsible for directly promoting Thermobreak insulation to building owners to win projects.
• Establishing effective distribution channels through distributors and dealers in the responsible sales area.
• Coordinating with distributors and dealers and ensure smooth deliveries of the products to contactors and building owners.
• Identify target new customers and projects and create business development strategy. And establish and execute marketing strategies to growth
of Thermobreak insulation business in the responsible sales area.
• Market analysis including competitors, pricing levels, supply and distribution channels and product positioning.
• Conduct technical seminars, organize, and participate in product training with owners and contractors
• Individual project tracking and follow up in coordination with distributors and agents.
• Another task might be assigned.
• Planning schedule and visit reports weekly
• Business development report weekly
• Sales meeting weekly
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: None)
Job Requirement
• Age 25-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business marketing or related field
• Have working experience at least 3 years about Sales and Marketing from Polyolefin foam, Insulation manufacturing industry only
• Live in North area (Have to visit customer in Northern area)
• Have own car and driving license
• Conversational middle-high level of English
• Able to use MS Office
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field is preferable
• Have working experience at least 3 years about Sales Engineer from Polyolefin foam, Insulation manufacturing industry only is preferable
