Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Ratio: Exisiting 50% New 50% - Develop sales and marketing strategy to increase sales volume and achieve sales target in the existing business channel. *Frequency of visiting clients: 2-3 times/week *Company provides a car to the sales staff - Retaining and developing the relationship between customers and the company via product brand and service, like a customer’s business partnership. - Ensuring the completion of the sales process in accordance with the company’s policy during business transactions, such as pricing policies, credit control, ordering process, delivery issues, etc. - Communicating with the Japanese MD - Other tasks as assigned by Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience in sales in the manufacturing industry - Conversational high level of Japanese(For communicate with Japanese boss and clients, mainly with boss) - Conversational mid-level of English skill (For document level) - The person who works flexibly and quickly - Be able to work under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having experience in sales of machinery products - Business level of Japanese
