Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Main clients are Japanese companies (100% existing accounts). Close coordination and communication with the Local Sales GM is required. - After joining, you will learn the job through OJT by accompanying the Local Sales GM (tasks will be assigned step by step). - While focusing on existing clients, the main mission is to develop local suppliers in Thailand. - Gather information from customers and search for/develop local suppliers that match their needs. - Frequent visits to key clients (e.g., Komatsu, Kubota, etc.), expected almost daily. - Sales style is mainly route/account sales (existing clients). Handle delivery schedule and quality issues, and prepare quotations for existing projects. - Customer visit areas include industrial estates across Thailand (Bangkok, Chonburi, Rayong, Chachoengsao, Ayutthaya, etc.). Daily visits are common, often within a 3–4 hour one-way travel range. - Domestic and overseas business trips may occur a few times per year (Asia/Europe, mainly for learning purposes and accompanying others).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Having experience as sales over 1 year - Work experience at a Japanese company or work experience in Japan - Conversational middle level of English - Able to entertain clients (e.g., golf) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having experience as business development
