Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Present and sell company tire products and services to current and potential clients - Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made - Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field sales activities - Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts - Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for tire products - Develop and maintain sales materials and current tire product knowledge - Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients - Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services - Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up activities - Identify and resolve client concerns regarding tire products - Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up, and goal adherence - Communicate new product opportunities and market feedback to appropriate company staff - Coordinate company staff to accomplish work required to close sales - Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce tire inventory - Follow up on accounts receivable payment collection with customers - Submit collection reports to Accounting Department regularly - Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events - Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of tire merchandise and services - Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees - Handle tire product claims and reports
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 5 years of experience in sales, tire business experience - Conversational High in English for communication (Mostly for communicate with expact in the company) - Valid state driver's license within 60 days of employment, and have own car <Personality> - Professional appearance maintenance for positive company image - Willingness to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel - Ability to work independently and in team environment - Positive thinking and proactive approach - Multi-tasking capability and ability to work under pressure
