Job Description


<Job purpose>
- Manage and grow relationship with key clients in oversea markets.
- Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations and continuously update demand forecasts to support effective sales planning.
- Actively seek new customers to expand the client base through various channels,
including but not limited to web marketing initiatives and participation in the exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate claims, product delivery, and after-sales services.
- Provide support to overseas group companies as needed.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales or Sales Coordinator, preferably in B2B or manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Conversation High Level in English, both written and spoken with client
- Conversation High Level in Japanese, JLPT N3 or above
- Familiar with Japanese business culture and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Occasional business trips may be required
- Able to visit Facetory in KM19 (not often)
- Able to visit client in assigned area (location, please discuss in the interview)
