Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Negotiate and coordinate with both suppliers and customers, especially for Japanese Business Partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially for Thai local customers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and overall team goals (collaborate with team members and members of other departments). Especially when facing troubles, act as a bridge to facilitate smooth communication between Japanese and Thai members.
- Visit customers to discuss production plans and resolve any issues that arise with products, and report to Japanese Team Leader regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collect data from sales reports for analysis and communicate with Japanese Team Leader regularly.
- Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively with sales Representative collaboration.
- Prepare reports using internal data to submit to external every time they request.
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and Management.
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Team Leader.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Bachelor's degree or above in any fields
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (Selling to Automotive Factory)
- Conversation High or Business in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1 level),
- Conversation High or Business level in English (To communicate with the report line and some specific clients)
- Have own car and driving license
- Building strong relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Have experience in Import and Export Business.
- Proficient in computer usage, with skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced in sales & marketing data analysis and price analysis.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- The energetic personality who enjoys working with people and helping customers.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Reacting quickly to situations in context and adjusting presentations quickly
- Good attitude toward teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Japanese companies and the steel industry
- Understand BOI regulations, policies, and benefits for customers is an advantage.
- ISO9001 certification is the advantage
