Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Call potential new customers in the future and make an appointment for a meeting, and introduce our company's product and service.
- Build good relationships with our business partners, other suppliers in the same plastic industry, and share potential customers’ information for future new leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and propose solutions for factory automation based on the environment of each customer’s factory.
- Sales support to our distributors with engineering knowledge and solutions for automation to propose our product for end users.
- Proposing take-out robots for injection molding machines, various End-of-arm Tooling, Gate-Cut system, Insert Molding systems, Stock System, and other jigs used for reducing manpower at factories.
- Studying the injection molding process and its downstream material handling in the customer’s factory, and providing an automation solution.
- Providing technical reports, preparing sales presentations, and explaining our product features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers for new customers.
- Suggesting product modification and update or upgrade our robot functions.
- Coordinate projects with other teams, such as the service engineers section, the design section, and other office teams for completing the projects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms and price.
- Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, and provide regular reports and recommendations to the management team.
- Other tasks assigned by the report line

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a sales executive or sales engineer
- Conversational high-level in English for communicating with customers (explain the machine specification in English), the Director, and making the document
- Reporting, discussing, negotiating, or making a presentation in English
- Basic understanding of CRM software, and proficiency in MS Office software
- Basic knowledge of engineering skills, such as reading mechanical or electrical drawings.
- Be familiar with Pneumatic Products, such as SMC.
- Driver’s License, and can drive a car (Car is provided by the company)
