Job Description


<Job Expectation>
Be able to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction for EVAL products by managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities in the packaging industry, and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business targets.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in Thailand.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. (Existing 80%, New 20%)
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Support Market Development activities such as seminars, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Other duties assigned
**Visit the client site in your own car 
**Client area: Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya (Visit client around 3 times per week)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Plastic, chemical, polymer, or packaging industries.
- Conversational high level of English for internal communication
- Own car and ability to travel for business purposes.
- Proficient in MS Office

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience with the EVAL product is an advantage
