Job Description
<Job Objective/Expectation> To manage and develop customers by providing consultation and sales of microbiological testing and hygiene services, interpreting laboratory results, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting customer satisfaction and sales growth <Job Responsibilities> - To manage existing customers and develop new customers by providing consultation - To respond to customer inquiries and develop service proposals based on customer needs - To coordinate with internal teams to present microbiological testing services and solutions - To read and understand microbiological laboratory test results - To analyze test results to identify the type and level of microorganisms detected - To explain test results and microbiological management approaches to customers - To propose and sell services suitable for managing the detected microorganisms - To prepare service proposals and quotations related to microbiological and hygiene services - To follow up with customers and coordinate with the Support team - To ensure service quality and customer satisfaction - To coordinate sales documentation and handover to related departments. - To support market expansion and achieve assigned sales targets. - Other tasks assigned by the Report Line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, or other related field - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales for Pest Control, Environmental for Manufacturing - Experience in reading, understanding, and explaining laboratory test results for customers - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, customers, email, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Presentation - Holds a driving license and can drive <In Details> - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to coordinate with internal teams and work independently - Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experinece in food safety, sanitation, or quality standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP)
