<Job Description> 1. 80% Existing Customers - Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers - Direct contact with customers and providing after-sales services - Reactivate existing accounts from the customer database that have lapsed in engagement - Aiming to restore business relationships and generate repeat sales - Visit customers in the manufacturing zone 2. 20% New Customers - Responsible for identifying and approaching new potential customers - Conduct visits to new customers, typically in coordination with the Japanese manager - Arrange customer visits as scheduled, with flexibility for early appointments when required 3. Additional Responsibilities - Processing sales administration, documentation, and reports - Cooperate with internal teams such as Laboratory, Quality Assurance, and Engineering - Manage and utilize the customer database effectively - Support special assignments related to business development 4. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of experience as a salesperson or sales representative in Industrial Products - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese report line and use it for reporting and documentation) - Holding a Driving License (Company's car provided for visiting customers) <In Details> - Able to make sales documents such as invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, etc - Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, for basic sales reporting - Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, and good communication - Service-minded, friendly, and good discipline - Can-do attitude and play as a team < Preferred Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in a Trading Company
