Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Be responsible for achieving sales targets from existing clients as assigned. - Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, orders, and product delivery. - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. - Prepare sales reports and follow up on customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal departments such as Production and Logistics to ensure smooth customer service. - Use Japanese to communicate with clients or coordinate with Japanese team members within the organization.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year's experience in Sales or related fields - Fresh grades who have passion for having sales career are welcomed. - Conversational high level in Japanese (To support the Japanese Sales Manager and communicate with clients) - Conversational middle level in English (e-mail, report and documents) - Good communication skills and good presentation skills - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Japanese company
