Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Implements required Business Plan to achieve target sales amount - Maintains contact with existing clients to facilitate routine work proceedings and sales targets - Build and maintain good relationships with clients - Coordinate with internal members to produce intended output for the client - Attend business meetings to facilitate sales activities as required - Take up responsibility as a Project Manager as required - Understand internal production workflow to a certain extent - Serve as the sales point of contact for Japanese and Thai customers, providing support and backup to the primary Japanese sales representative for Japanese customers - Coordinate information sharing and various business matters with internal departments and group companies - Identify customer challenges and requirements (e.g., website upgrades, clearer product presentation, product database building, product management improvement, digitization of paper documents), then propose the most suitable solutions - Coordinate with the production team for proposal planning and project promotion, and participate in planning and proposing new services or products tailored to customer needs - Share customer requirements with production staff and support projects until final product completion according to client expectations, including project progress management, media/platform selection, ordering and coordination tasks, and client communication and adjustments - Approach potential customers through exhibitions, telemarketing, email outreach, and other business development activities, identify challenges, and propose appropriate solutions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - More than 2 years of sales or sales assistant experience in IT or Advertising/Media products - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with Japanese report line and some specific clients) - Conversation High level in Japanese (JLPTN3 up , To communicate with Japanese clients) - Able to go visit clients in industrial are (Company car provided with driver license) <In details> - Proficient in Microsoft office <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in taking care of Manufacturing clients - High TOEIC Score - Experience in Japanese company
