Job Description

1. Domestic Sales Group: 8 members
    - This group sells imported seafood, meat products, and agricultural products in Thailand.
    - This is the main group for this position.
2. Seafood Export Group: 2 members
    - This group exports seafood to Japan and the U.S.
    - The person who will resign is from this group.
    - The new person may support this group if needed.
3. Chicken Export Group: 4 members
    - This group exports chicken products.
    - This group is different from this position.
Each group has a manager.
The main job of this position is Domestic Sales.
However, the person may also support Seafood Export.

<Position Objective/Expectation>
To drive sales revenue by selling imported frozen food products to domestic Thai clients while managing and expanding customer relationships, with potential support for export operations.

<Job Responsibilities>
Main : Domestic Sales work
- Sell imported seafood, meat products, and agricultural products in Thailand
- Sell mainly frozen food products
- Visit existing customers such as wholesalers, restaurant chains, and retailers
- Build good relationships with customers
- Check customer needs and sales situation
- Propose products to customers
- Make quotations and negotiate prices
- Work with suppliers and internal teams
- Check stock, delivery dates, and shipping schedules
- Follow up orders and delivery
- Handle customer problems when needed
- Collect market information from customers
- Find new customers
- Make more sales from existing customers

- Existing customers: about 70%
- New customers: about 30%
- Number of customers: around 20 companies
- Main sales area: Bangkok, about 80-90%
- Upcountry business trip: about once per quarter or less
- Overseas business trip: about once per year or less
- Outside sales: about 3 days per week / office work: about 2 days per week

Second priority : Seafood Export support work
- Support seafood export to Japan and the U.S. if needed
- This work may be depending on the person’s experience
- If the person is stronger in Domestic Sales, the company may focus more on Domestic Sales


Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Corporate sales experience at least 3 years 
- Have working experience as sales in the food industry or the trading company. (Food trading company is better) 
- Daily conversation level English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience with seafood, meat products, agricultural products, or frozen food
- A person who has customer connections in food industry is preferred

<Ideal candidate personality>
Not judged only by sales or industry experience.
Honest, friendly, willing to learn, and proactive.
Food or trading company experience is preferred, but limited experience is also acceptable if smart, quick to learn, and able to work independently.
Long-term sports experience and perseverance are a plus.
