<Job Responsibilities> - To Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests - To oversee competitive activities and potential for new products and services. - To provide complete and appropriate solutions for every new and existing customer - To boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability - To Control and issue quotations for Import & Export shipments to customers - To prepare sales and shipment documents for Overseas agents and Headquarters. - To negotiate transportation, sub-warehouse, sub-contractor, and suppliers' rates & services. - To Import & Export for all INCOTERMS by Air, Sea, and Land (Cross-border) shipment - To privilege concerned such as SEC29, BOI, Blue Corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, packing, installation, Heavy transport, etc. - To achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. - To expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - To follow company rules and comply with the policy - To training in the team needs to succeed - To keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends - To continuously improve through feedback. -To report to the Sales Manager, General Manager, Director, and Managing Director - Other tasks as assigned by the Report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field - At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in a Freight Forwarder only - Or at least 3 years of experience as a Sales coordinator who wants to step up as a Sales - Experience in finding new customers - Experience in the Cross-Border field - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with customers via phone, email, report, and other documents) - Have your own care with a Driving License <In Detail> - Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Able to work under pressure and stressful conditions at times - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships - Highly self-motivated, excellent customer service mind, and positive thinking <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in Customs and Investment Privileges, such as SEC29, BOI, or Blue Corner
