Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Existing Customer - To check stock and Expiry date at the customer’s outlet, ask the customer to make an order - To deliver the product or check the delivery process (depending on the customer) - To handle complaints, troubleshoot, and report to the Manager - To educate part-timers and serve as a sterling example for them - To write a report for the Manager 2. New Customer - To make an appointment with the Customer - To visit the Customer to explain and selling the Products - To Marketing research for “Sales trend” and “Customer trend” - To Attend the Event or Exhibition 3. Support and Strategy - To make a presentation document and a business strategy plan, and goals - To cook a demonstration for the customer or consumer - To plan for sales promotion or advertisement - To make PO, INVOICE, or other documents related to sales - To assist with the Workshop at the shop or related event 4. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related fields - At least 1 year of Experience as a B2B Sales Person os Sales Representative in the Food products - Experience in Sales Documents, such as PO, Invoice, and Quotations - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with internal Japanese, emails, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Able to visit customers who are located in Bangkok and Greater Bangkok area <In Details> - Good personality, articulate, friendly, and sales-oriented - Responsible and honest in carrying out duties - Eager to learn and able to handle paperwork - Healthy, energetic, and punctual <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience as a Salesperson in a Food company, Wholesale, or retail - Have your own car with a driving license - Able to join immediately
