Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage sales activities with strong self-discipline, conduct market research, and submit a daily report. - Expand the target list mainly focusing on food factories based on the existing list, and confirm whether they use our products and if switching is possible (approach at the timing of product change or new product development). - Manage about 30 existing accounts and visit around 1 client per day (mainly the key 10 factories) to report the current situation (quality, requests, and issues). - Check whether there are any problems with the products currently used, and gather requests for improvements. - Work on new business as well (future target: 80–90% existing / 10–20% new). - In the future, proactively identify high-potential companies and conduct outreach/sales activities by yourself. - Prepare quotations and handle initial complaint responses about 5 times per year (e.g., shortage in quantity, foreign matter). - Investigation and reporting will be handled by the factory. Delivery/shipping is arranged by the factory. - Sales visit areas include Samut Sakhon, Saraburi, and Samut Prakan. Must be able to drive their own car. - Other assigned tasks by the manager. <Remark> Currently, sales are mainly through wholesalers/distributors (e.g., Kobeya), but the company plans to strengthen direct sales to supermarkets (e.g., Fuji Super, Central, Tops).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales in any industry - Has experience as a Sales in food industry - Conversational middle level of English (used internally) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Has experience as new business development - Business level of English
