Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Implements required Business Plan to achieve target sales amount. - Maintains contact with existing clients to facilitate routine work proceedings and sales amount. - Builds good relationships with clients. - Coordinates with internal company members to produce intended output for clients. - Attends business meetings to facilitate sales activities as required. - Takes up responsibility as a Project Manager as required. - Understands internal production workflow to a certain extent. - Identifies customer challenges and requirements, then proposes the most suitable solutions (e.g., website upgrades, clearer product information presentation, product database building, product management improvement, digitization of paper documents). - Coordinates with the production team and takes part in proposal planning and project promotion based on customer requirements. - In some cases, involved in planning and proposing new services or products tailored to customer needs, beyond existing service offerings. - Shares customer requirements with production staff and supports projects until final product completion according to client expectations. - Manages project progress. - Handles media/platform selection. - Performs ordering and coordination tasks. - Conducts client communication and adjustments. - Approaches potential customers through exhibitions, telemarketing, email outreach, and other business development activities. - After identifying customer challenges, proposes the most appropriate solutions.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - More than 2 years of sales or sales assistant in IT or Advertising/Media products - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with Japanese report line and some specific clients) - Able to go visit clients in industrial are (Company car provided with driver) <In details> - Proficient in Microsoft office <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in taking care of Manufacturing clients - High TOEIC Score - Experience in Japanese company
