<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Achieve sales and profit targets, with focus on export markets.
- Prepare annual sales budget and action plans.
- Explore new business opportunities and product applications.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence for strategic planning.
- Maximize profit through cost control and pricing strategies.
- Manage sales agreements and commercial terms.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Oversee both domestic and export sales operations.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, BBA and Other related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience as Sales in the chemical product
- Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external
- Able to use MS Office
- A driving license is a must (Company car provided 1-2/months)
- Able to go on a business trip abroad (Southeast Asia)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to speak Japanese or Chinese is a plus
- TOEIC score at least 550
