Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for sales activities focused on air filter specifications, including preparation of technical proposals and support for performance development. - Coordinate with customers to manage forecasts, receive orders, and ensure accurate order processing. - Control and monitor production planning and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements. - Perform system data entry and maintain accurate records related to sales orders and operations. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between sales, production, and logistics functions. - Visit client some times
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any related field. - At least 2 years experience as Sales experience in Air fillter or any related product - Conversation High in English (To communicate with client and Japanese Management) -Conversation High in Japanese (To communicate with client, supplier, Headquater and Japanese Management) - Microsoft Office, Excel, word - Able to visit client (company provide car and driver) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Preferred candidates with experience in technical / specification-based proposal sales (Not limited to sales roles handling only order intake and shipment) - Experience in sales of automotive parts or home appliance components is a plus - Chinese language skills are an advantage (not mandatory) <Personality> - Cheerful, sociable, and strong sense of responsibility - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proactive and result-oriented mindset - Open-minded with a positive attitude - Fast learner with logical thinking ability - Good team player with effective time management skills - Detail-oriented and commercially astute
