Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Study terms of service, competitor information, market potential, shipping lines, airlines, warehouse scope of service, and prepare company presentations. - Focus on sales hunting and servicing for both Air Freight and Sea Freight. - Approach (visit, call, email, etc.) new and existing customers to understand their requirements (quotation, SOP, etc.) and offer services. - Provide quotations and follow up for feedback. - Handle Air Freight and Sea Freight RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and sales inquiries from customers. - Execute business implementations and perform operational follow-ups with overseas offices (e.g., Asia, Europe, Africa, America) including CSM. - Set up and attend conference calls with overseas counterparts to discuss sales development, QBRs, etc., as necessary. - Perform other assigned duties.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of work experience as an Outside Sales for Air and Sea Freight Forwarding - Conversational high level in English, both written and spoken (for coordinating with customers and overseas offices) - Must own a car and have a valid driving license <Details> - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Dedication to providing great customer service - Strong negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Possess good leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a sales team <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - TOEIC score 700 or higher - Ability to start working immediately
