Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Business approach with both the supplier/customer. - Price negotiation and analysis of customer demand for increasing benefits. - Enhance communication flow among stakeholders (customers/suppliers/contact parties) which requires a Japanese native language. - Support miscellaneous tasks in accordance with management assignment. - Create a long-term relationship with Japanese suppliers and customers in the Thai domestic market - Develop and maintain relationships with overseas suppliers/customers & domestic, and to acquire product information and to complete business transactions. - Negotiate contract terms and communicate with relevant parties i.e., procurement, sales department, and internal executives. - Gather useful information from suppliers/customers and share with internal parties. - Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business. - Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually benefit. - Manage and support various activities as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in marketing or higher in any related field. - At least 5 years of working experience in Sales & Procurement from a multi-national trading company. - Experience in the food industry - Willing to work with customers in the assigned area, able to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure. - Conversational middle in English for communication, documents, and email. - Conversational high in Japanese to communicate with internal, suppliers, and customers. - Able to use MS Office. <Details> - Strong ability in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - JLPT N2
