Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Business approach with both suppliers/customers. - Price negotiation and analysis of customer demand for increasing benefits - Develop and maintain relationships with overseas suppliers/customers and domestic to acquire product information and to complete business transactions. - Negotiate contract terms and communicate with relevant parties, i.e., procurement, sales department, and internal executives. - Gather useful information from suppliers/customers and share with internal parties. - Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business. - Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutual benefits. - Manage and support various activities as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in marketing or higher in any related field. - At least 5 years of working experience in sales from a multi-national trading company. - Willing to work with customers in the assigned area, able to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure. - Conversational middle in English for communication, documents, and email. - Conversational high in Japanese to communicate with internal, suppliers, and customers. (At least JLPT N3) - Able to use MS Office. <Details> - Strong ability in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the food industry
