<Job Responsibilities> 1. Market research of the sales items in charge 2. Sales planning and budgeting 3. Visiting business partners and hosting business visitors 4. Business meetings, discussions, negotiations and reporting 5. Price calculations and making quotations 6. Credit limit applications 7. Inventory planning 8. Forward exchange contracts 9. Loss sales applications 10. Risk checking (Stock Aging, Credit limit & AR, FX fluctuation, and Loss sales) 11. Review of any business documents 12. Addressing compliance issues for business partners 13. Addressing complaints from business partners 14. Analysis of actual results vs. budgets 15. Mentoring, OJT, and performance review by MBO for junior staffs 16.Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of work experience in sales related to Engineering Plastics, Plastic Raw Material product in any manufatuling company - Conversational high level of English to communicate with Japanese MD and clients - Driving licence - Management experience <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Negotiation skills and the ability to understand and respond to client needs through effective communication - Sales experience - B2B sales experience in the chemical industry or a related field - Willingness to attend business entertainment (e.g. dinners with clients)
