Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Present and sell company products and services, including packing and packaging materials, to current and potential customers in the automotive manufacturing sector. - Prepare and submit quotations for packing solutions to activate and maintain sales and service contracts. - Develop and manage weekly and monthly sales plans and generate detailed sales reports for management review. - Support and address specific customer requirements related to packaging design, material specifications, and application needs. - Maintain and update customer contact databases and proactively follow up with clients to nurture and sustain long-term business relationships. - Coordinate and collaborate with internal company staff across departments (e.g., design, logistics, production) to ensure customer requirements are met, and work is accomplished effectively. - Analyze client needs related to packaging and propose suitable material and design solutions. - Conduct market and customer visits to promote products and gather application feedback.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with direct client visits and a solid understanding of the sales process in any industry. - Conversational Level: middle level in English (Email and Documentation) - Have a driving License ( Company car provided ) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in sales activities in the packing and packaging material / Automotive manufacturing. - Conversational middle-level of Japanese (N3 up).
