Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Work with domestic and oversea client.
- Get requirment from client.
- Coordinate import-export documentation and delivery process
- Support Sales Force and taking care of customers (mostly existing customer)
- Documentation of import/export/payment
- Communicate with company group to enhance the smoothness of all procedure
- Inputting SAP and documentation
- Other tasks as assigned
- Visit client 3times/week
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 3-5 year experience as Sales , Sales Coordinator or Customer Service in trading company or any related industry
**** Candidate A or B can send
- A : Conversational High in Chinese (Traditional Chinese), with HSK 4+ , to speak with client, writing
- B : Conversational High in Chinese (Mandarin Chinese), with HSK 5+ , to speak with client, writing
- Conversation High level in English, to use for email and speaking with Japanese Management
- Microsoft Office
- Communication, Teamwork, Multi-tasking
<Preferable skill >
- If has experience in SAP will be plus.
- Import/Export experiences will be plus.
- Japanese language(JLPT N2) is preferable
