Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To develop new business by approaching directly with company owners and project owners. - To assist the Sales & Marketing General Manager in leading and managing the division. - To identify potential customers, expand the customer base, and strengthen partnerships. - To negotiate with customers and the factory regarding production, payment, and delivery. - To discuss product specifications between customers and distributors. - To know procedures of the Department of Highways and the Department of Rural Roads - To issue quotations and contracts based on agreed product specifications. - To control and monitor the delivery process and follow up on payments. - To visit customers, including occasional domestic business trips. - To prepare monthly reports to evaluate sales performance and gross margin. - Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field - At least 3 years of experience in the Sales of Construction Machine and Equipment - Experience in hunting new customers - Approaching company owners or project owners - Experience in negotiating prices, issuing quotations, and preparing a sales report - Experience in the Department of Highways (DOH) and Department of Rural Roads (DOR) - Conversational High Level in English (Communication with the Japanese report line, report, documents, and presentation) - Able to go on a business trip and visit customers throughout Thailand - Holds a Driving License <In Details> - Have the skills to be a good follower and multitask - Good conversation and negotiation skills - Able to set up the priorities of the tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience as a Sales Engineer - Experience in an Asphalt Mixing Plant - Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field - Conversational High to Business Level in English (TOEIC score 700 up)
