Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Visit clients regularly to build and maintain strong business relationships. - Deliver professional presentations to clients during meetings, exhibitions, or other business events. - Receive orders and handle client inquiries or requests, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. - Prepare presentation materials and other sales-related documents. - Manage and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery. - Coordinate with clients and internal sales support teams regarding delivery management, price negotiations, and quantity control. - Prepare and submit reports to the manager in English, including weekly reports and weekly work plans. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in a sales position in the manufacturing industry - Conversational high level of English (Communicate with overseas clients) - Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) - Be able to go on a business trip abroad <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a similar industry will be an advantage. - Being able to start working immediately will be an advantage. - Being able to speak Japanese will be an advantage
