Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle client requests related to technical drawings
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers to meet client requirements, depending on the situation
- Prepare purchase orders based on sales forecasts and inventory levels
- Create and manage sales documents such as quotations and invoices
- Negotiate and coordinate purchasing agreements with vendors
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and executive management to achieve procurement goals (clients located both in Thailand and overseas)
- Conduct client visits and meetings
- Perform other assigned tasks as required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years of sales experience in one of the following areas:
・Sales experience in rubber or resin products (advantageous if clients are automotive or home appliance manufacturers)
・Sales experience at a trading company handling industrial products
- Conversational High level of English to communicate with suppliers
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Work experience in a Japanese company
- Have experience in the sales of home appliances
