Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle customer inquiry, as well as maintain Sales and create new Sales to achieve target.
- Take action align with management direction and has adaptability toward change.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: maintain and create  new customers 
- Sales and Presentations: present and demonstrate products or services to potential customer
- Relationship Management: build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiation and Closing: negotiate to close sales 
- Achieving Goals: work to meet or exceed sales targets. 
- Collaboration: work with other departments to align sales strategies and coordinate efforts.
- Problem-Solving: address customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 year as Sales in Mechanical Component, Automation parts
- Any Engineer role in FA who would like to become a Sales is welcome 
- Strong understanding of B2B sales process and industrial customer needs.
- Have own car with driving licence for visit client
- Conversational High Level of English (use for Internal, e-mail and document), Mostly for internal
- Able to work independently and good team player.

<Others/Skill>
- Strong negotiation skill,  
- Have problem solving skill
- Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- Working in Japanese Trading company
