Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Record and manage customer Purchase Orders (PO) in the company system (SAP). - Input and update customer forecasts, monitor PO status, and ensure timely order processing. - Handle customer satisfaction surveys and coordinate follow-up actions for improvement. - Receive and distribute emails and relevant information to both internal and external parties. - Coordinate effectively with internal departments, makers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and accurate communication. - Manage and follow up on contract reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. - Maintain and control sales-related documents in an organized and systematic manner. - Support sales activities and provide assistance in preparing reports, quotations, and other documents as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - At least 1 year of experience in a sales position in the manufacturing industry - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Conversational middle level of English (Email-Report) - Be able to visit clients by company car (2-3 times/Month) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems - Working experience in the Automotive industry
