Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identify and coordinate with suppliers to meet client requirements, depending on the situation - Prepare purchase orders based on sales forecasts and inventory levels - Create and manage sales documents such as quotations and invoices - Negotiate and coordinate purchasing agreements with vendors - Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and executive management to achieve procurement goals (clients located both in Thailand and overseas) - Conduct client visits and meetings - Perform other assigned tasks as required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or trading companies handling chemical raw materials, automotive parts, semiconductors, or related products. - Conversational middle level of English to communicate with suppliers <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Chemical Trading experience is advantage - Have Work experience in a Japanese company
