Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain and support relationships with existing clients - Coordinate with clients and support new business opportunities - Visit client sites and travel upcountry for meetings/project follow-up - Support Chief Marketing and Marketing Section Manager in daily operations - Prepare and manage assigned documents and reports - Handle Japanese-related documents and coordinate internally - Understand customer drawings/documents for project discussion - Coordinate internally with related departments - Support sales and marketing activities as assigned - Occasional weekend work may be required (paid as OT) *Others responsibility please discuss again during interview
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Coordinator, or related roles - Conversation High in English (Mostly speak with client) - Conversation High in Japanese (JLPT N1-N2, Mostly speaking with internal, external and document) - Comfortable visiting clients and traveling upcountry (Driving license required, company car provided) - Able to communicate with multiple clients - Able to work occasionally on weekends or overnight trips (case by case) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - TOEIC 700 (will be advantage) - Experience in construction industry is highly preferred <Personality> - Good personality and professional appearance
