Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Propose new or existing products to target customers. - Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. - Manage sales activity and forecast sale volume. - Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts. - Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume. - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new products. - Solving the unexpected situations. - Set up, control, review KPI department and action. - ISO Procedure: Order receiving, customer satisfactory. - Other task as assignment.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience within the FMCG or Food business - At least 3 years in Senior or Supervisor level - Conversational High level in English (To communicate with clients, report and Japanese management) - Own car with Driving license - Marketing (Customer oriented) mind is essentials. - Proficient with analysing data in MS excel & Deriving actionable insight - Comfortable with creating & presenting business plans on powerpoint. - Having ability to utilize necessary management resources and complete company tasks (issues) promptly and persistencely according to the planned schedule <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Export sale experience is plus
