Sales & Marketing Staff (18K–20K) (SDG-109111) พนักงานขายและการตลาด <Job responsibilities> - Responsible for maintain good relationship with existing clients. (50%) and new clients (50%) - Daily plan and Visit customers to approach and introduce products, increasing number of sales amount & Solving problems to customers. - Propose to sell and get back PO from customers to Make records to achieve target. - Coordinate with customers and factory to follow up orders to be on time and solve problems in case of delay. - Follow up customers to be on time payment. - Make Daily report of customers Visiting everyday and monthly report of sales situation in assigned area. - Coordinate among CS and factory to make customer's order finished as customers requested. - Representative as a salesman for meeting with Other section - Other tasks as assigned by management <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รับผิดชอบในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน (50%) และลูกค้าใหม่ (50%) - วางแผนรายวันและเข้าเยี่ยมลูกค้าเพื่อเข้ามาติดต่อและแนะนำสินค้า เพิ่มยอดขาย และแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า - เสนอขายและรับคืน PO จากลูกค้าเพื่อจัดทำบันทึกเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย - ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและโรงงานเพื่อติดตามคำสั่งซื้อให้ตรงเวลาและแก้ไขปัญหาในกรณีที่เกิดความล่าช้า - ติดตามลูกค้าให้ชำระเงินตรงเวลา - จัดทำรายงานการเข้าพบลูกค้ารายวันและรายเดือนรายงานสถานการณ์การขายในพื้นที่ที่กำหนด - ประสานงานระหว่าง CS และโรงงานเพื่อให้คำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าเสร็จสิ้นตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ - ตัวแทนเป็นพนักงานขายพบปะกับส่วนอื่นๆ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ฝ่ายบริหารมอบหมาย
