<Job Responsibilities>
- Developed and maintained strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and responsive support, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams to execute sales and marketing strategies efficiently and effectively.
- Managed key client accounts across major industrial zones, including Chonburi, Amata Industrial Estate, Eastern Seaboard, and Rayong.
- Successfully expanded the customer base by acquiring new clients on a quarterly basis while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- Reactivated the inactive customers, generating renewed business opportunities and increasing repeat transactions.
- Designed and implemented targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and boost leasing performance.
- Built strategic partnerships with suppliers across diverse industries (IT, machinery, EV, vehicles, trucks, and energy solutions) to enhance market reach and generate customer referrals.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-  At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development from Leasing, Bank, Finance, Hire Purchase or Automotive, Truck, Machines  products
- Conversation High English (both spoken and written), To communicate with Japanese Management, customer and review docutments in English
- Have Own car with Driving license (willingness to travel within assigned areas.)

<In detail>
- Strong knowledge of industrial markets in the Eastern Seaboard area (Chonburi, Rayong, Amata, etc.).
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset

<Preferable Skill/Experience>
- Direct Experience in Leasing, Bank, Finance, Hire Purchase fields
