Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [Sales 90% Marketing 10%] - Sales Strategy & Execution: Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets (KPIs). - Visiting customers: Require to visiting existing clients regularly (weekly, monthly) at least 25 clients per month. - Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. - Marketing Support: Assist the Manager in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and implementing promotional campaigns. - Team Supervision: Supervise, provide guidance, and review the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Reporting (Hou-Ren-So): Prepare and present accurate weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports to Japanese management. - Quickness: Conduct action quickly after instruction by management - Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. • Documentation: Review and verify quotations, purchase orders (PO), and marketing contracts before final approval.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales engineer, Business development (B2B) from Chemical fields - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with Japanese management and clients) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for professional presentations). - Have Driver license (Company car provided) <Personality> - Personal Attributes: High responsibility, detail-oriented, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving skills. - Cultural Fit: Strong understanding of activity of sales representative and the "Hou-Ren-So" (Report-Informed-Consult) culture. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Holding TOEIC score - Japanese language ability - Knowledge of Chemical - Graduated from Chemical fields - Experience in Japanese company
