<Job Responsibilities> 1.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and increase market share. 2.Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and action plans 3.Prepare business reports, forecasts, and management presentations 4.Lead and support the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction 5.Coordinate with customers, distributors, internal departments, and Japanese management 6.Build and maintain strong customer relationships in OEM and/or Aftermarket business segments
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 7 years of working experience in sales in Automotive OEM or industrial product/OEM company or Conveyor - At least 3 year of working experience as Supervisor or more - Conversational middle or High level in English, to communicate with client (Must be able to communicate effectively in meetings, business correspondence, reporting, and presentations.) - Conversational High or Business level in Japanese (JLPT N3+), Must be able to communicate with Japanese management and support business discussions, coordination, and reporting. - Computer Skill (Basic skills of Excel and Word, PowerPoint) <Personality> - Have presentation, reporting, negotiation, team leadership, market strategy development, market analysis, business planning, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have working experience as marketing for Aftermarket - English: TOEIC 650 minimum, 750 or above preferred.
