Work Outline Maintain existing customer and expand business to prospect customer.
Develop and set the benefits or reward program for the customers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Maintain existing customer and expand business to prospect customer
Ø Manage the operation of Welfare Plan effectively and efficiently
Ø Develop the marketing plan and implement to expand the Welfare business to the new customers to satisfy the customers’ need
Ø Give an advice to team in PR plan and CRM activities to raise brand engagement among target group customers
Ø Develop and set the benefits or reward program for the customers
Ø Work closely with IT to manage the shopping online Web application for Welfare Plan
Ø Develop the claim report of the customers including the performance reports under the time line
Ø Other task assigned by Superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male preferable, age 35 years above
Ø Over 5 years’ experience in handling Welfare Management program in corporate or insurance company
Ø Good command in English
Ø Strong presentation and negotiation skill
Ø Sales skill and leading skill
Languages skills

Working Hour: 08:30 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
